Repeal health law? Poll shows many think it should do more
Sun Sep 26, 2010
I don't need nor want better/cheaper insurance. What I want is lower cost healthcare and that will only happen when healthcare is exposed to free market forces. You want universal health coverage-move to China.
These are not your daughter’s jeans
Thu Jul 22, 2010
Had to comment on this in hopes it will somehow reach women and designers alike.
Teen books with gay themes take off
Wed Jun 23, 2010
Of course books with gay themes or characters are taking off. That's because all newly published books have gay themes or characters. Publishers are instantly rejecting any work that doesn't contain gay themes or characters. I predict an increase in sales of used books and self-published work.
Wheat-free diet no help for autism
Wed May 19, 2010
I am autistic myself, as is my daughter, and we both have celiac disease. As a matter of fact, I have met very few others on the spectrum that don't benefit in some way from being TRULY gluten free. This is hard to do, because of the way msg has ingrained itself into everything we eat.
Florida Keys tar balls not from BP oil spill
Wed May 19, 2010
Never thought I'd see the day that tar balls on a Gulf Coast beach make the news. When I was a kid we would use them as "armor" to protect our sand castles from the waves.
Erotica gives book publishers surprising boost
Fri Apr 30, 2010
If it's about gay ghosts, you should be in good shape. If it's about monogamous married couples, forget it (even though monogamous married stories get great reviews on Literotica.com).
New auto safety proposal requires ‘black boxes’
Thu Apr 29, 2010
If this really has to do with safety (which I doubt), why can't the government let me make my own choices about what sort of safety features I want. I owned one Toyota, for about a year. Decided it wasn't safe. Got rid of it and won't buy another one. Problem solved.
Palin wades into Minn. governor's race
Thu Apr 29, 2010
I like Sarah. She talks straight. You may not agree with her, and that is certainly your choice. But at least you know where she stands.
Unraveling the mystery of the yawn
Wed Apr 28, 2010
Yawning increases blood flow to the head, carrying more oxygen to the brain and making us more alert. If you pay attention when you yawn, you can feel the muscles in your neck constrict.
Do you think reality TV competitions are rigged?
Fri Apr 16, 2010
Of course. Ever noticed how the voting always maximizes the drama?
